Loved the comfortable bed, but the noise from outside was a nightmare.

Loved our stay at the hotel and would come here again. Our stay here was unforgettable, characterful base for exploring Naples. The room was new-fashioned, huge and had television with satellite channels, climate control and a personal safe

Unfortunately, the noise level from the street was quite disruptive, especially on weekend nights. Despite being provided with earplugs, they offered little relief from the loud parties outside. I regretted not opting for a quieter room configuration, which would have allowed me to enjoy my stay more fully.

The staff was outstandingly accommodating and helpful, and the restaurant was good. We have spent 1 day in double room with the closest, everything was very convenient. The breakfast had plenty of tea and pastries. The hotel's position was magnificent close to restaurants and bars...

I had a fantastic stay with a spacious, spotless room and a delightful breakfast that included homemade cakes! The strong coffee made mornings perfect, but it did get noisy during breakfast time.

The proximity to the metro made exploring the city convenient, just steps away from the hotel.

The breakfast start time of 8:00 a.m. led to missed meals on early departure days, disappointing as alternatives were not provided.

Loved the comfortable Double Room with Balcony, especially the super clean space and the thoughtful touches. The location made it easy to explore Naples, with the metro stop right across the street. Breakfast options, including local pastries like sfogliatelle, were a good start to the day. Noise from the nearby party street was quite disruptive, especially at night. Despite the hotel's attempts to provide earbuds, they didn't help much, leaving me wishing for better soundproofing. Having a minibar would have been a nice addition too. All in all, it was a nice stay but comes with trade-offs.

Staying here was an really good experience! The central location, mere steps from the metro, allowed us to explore effortlessly. Staff were cute, and the room was modern and super clean. Breakfast offered delicious local options, and they even assisted us after a sudden downpour. This is a must-visit!

The location's unbeatable, right across from the metro and surrounded by buzzin' restaurants. Super clean, stylish room with a lovely balcony overlooking the lively Via Toledo. Breakfast spread was a real taste of Italy with yummy pastries and coffee.
